Destination Weekend
Turn your celebration into a destination wedding or bar/bat mitzvah. Whether you have fond memories of camp or are just looking for a great setting to bring all your family and friends together, Lakeside Retreats is the perfect solution for a destination celebration. Your guests, young and old, will jump at the chance to spend a weekend at camp. Enjoy a full weekend of festivities with basketball tournaments, tennis ladders, canoe races, climbing walls, campfires, and more.
Lakeside Ceremony
A lakeside ceremony with spectacular mountain views will be one all your guests will remember. The celebration can move under a large tent or to our spacious dining hall. We provide three nutritious meals a day, but will be happy to work with a local caterer for that special day. Linen, dinnerware, tent and dance floor rentals can all be arranged. Most of our properties are near small cities with plenty of DJs, florists, and photographers to choose from.

Lakeside Retreats is also a great place to host a company picnic or other large-scale company event. We can help to arrange all the details of a "themed" event or party. Some ideas:

We want to thank you and your staff for an absolutely wonderful wedding weekend at bucolic Camp Danbee. The Camp setting is beautiful and your cabins pristine. The food was great, and several guests remarked about the high quality of the meals. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Mark you are the best! Offering to drive my 85 year old Aunt and Uncle in the golf cart, allowing the Bride to change in your personal home. Every step of the way you helped us out and made this an extremely pleasurable and memorable wedding weekend.
Our guests were clearly enamored with Camp Danbee too.
